generally can be said the less you wash your oHneH piece the better.
Alpaca wool, silk and merino wool are all natural fibers that are dirt repellent by nature.

The fibers should be washed at low temperatures with short and gentle washing programmes, especially for wool - or you give it a gentle cool handwash. Use just a ittle mild wool detergent, this prevents the fibers from felting and damage -
oHneH recommends a few drops of baby shampoo.

If washed in the washing machine, use only a gentle short handwash programm with maximum 30° C - make sure it is only spun very lightly or not at all otherwise your piece will shrink and felt.

If you handwash your garment - don’t soak your oHneH piece for too long, it can cause deformation.

Squeeze gently, do not wring, twist or rub your oHneH piece - rather roll it up in a towel to squeeze out
moisture.

After washing lay your pullover flat on a towel and leave it to dry.

To finish off give your knitted piece a little low temperature gentle iron steam.

Store your pullover folded not hanging.

100% super baby alpaca (white or gold thread)
100 % baby alpaca (muddy grey and brown thread)
15% silk, 40% extra superfine merino, 45% super baby alpaca (coloured threads)

oHneH made a very concentrated – well thought and felt decision at the beginning – to work with certain yarn counts and specific materials and ID colors.

For a start the distillate is to work with 100% super baby alpaca yarn in certain 'natural' tones and the colored, thinner treads that are a blend of super baby alpaca, extra superine merino and silk – by Michell from Peru.

Due to on demand manufacturing oHneH pieces are custom orders and are non-returnable.

A customization of your order could be about coloring, sizing or a certain detail.

Due to on demand manufacturing oHneH has an extended delivery time space for production. Your oHneH piece is not prefabricated and is only knitted + finished if you choose this piece and place an order.

Your order will be fabricated for you within 15 - 28 days for Germany, for deliveries abroad within 20 - 28 days from the day you placed your order.
oHneH is a small scale space with a high quality personal approach, this circumstance naturally implies that things take a little more time.
If your order is made and ready before this given time space your oHneH piece will of course be sent out to you promptly.
